Why did I lose my gold bars? (Solution found, keep reading)!

I am not sure how many gold bars I had, but just won a race the other day so I should have had around 20.

i went on yesterday and i noticed i have gold bars and power ups missing

So what are you missing again? Boosters don't get backed up to our serve like Gold bars and your game progress so we cannot see what you had before.

However keep in mind that as Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline, as they are saved directly to your device, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, then the boosters can, unfortunately, be lost. 

We will always replace any purchased items that you have lost but as all free items awarded in the game are ''Non refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game," we generally do not compensate any free boosters that may have been lost. 

As for the Gold bars, these do get backed up but we see no issues, can you let me know how many Gold bars you're supposed to have?

I will ask you to give me your game ID so we can look into your account and see what is happening. If you don't know where to find it, follow the instructions on the link below.

@leesa242001 I had a look at your game record and your Gold bars are safe. There seams to be a delay with the servers and that is why you can't see the Gold bars but keep an eye on the game.

The studio is aware of this and currently working on improving it! Apologies for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience while we look in to this 😉

what bout the colour bombs and wrapped candy i lost

I purchased 100 gold bars today.  used 18 of them.  Went back to game a couple of hours later to 0 balance.

I don't know what happened but my gold bars are gone and I've very upset. Please let me know what will be done about it.
