How can I contact someone to see why all my gold bars and my switches and lollypops  are missing .. When I go to service it tella me to add recipients I don't need that I need to speak to customer service

    Hi @Crumper41, welcome to our community.  I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here.  We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.

    @Yosca, I can offer help.  @Crumper41, are you playing on a mobile device?  Gold bars you should never lose but you can lose all lives and boosters when playing on a mobile device. You can read more about this here.  You can also read about Safeguarding your collected boosters here.

    If you are still missing your gold bars, I am going to ask you to please get your user ID # by following the steps from here:
