Why have my gold bars gone??

I had 36 gold bars...now they have all gone why

Hi @bully70 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. You shouldn't lose you gold bars unless you purchased something. Sometimes it happens that player actually did purchase items accidentally or they didn't even realize that they did. I will ask you to give me your game ID so our Community Manager can look into your account and let us know what exactly is happening. Why did my 10 gold bars disappear? I did not buy anything. Also, when I do the daily spin and land on the gold stars, you do not give the prize the photo shows. Why are people being cheated out of rewards? I am about done with Candy Crush.
