I was charged $8.99 on July 31st, I didnt even play candy crush that day. I emailed for a refund and no one has emailed me back.

Please note that once you fill in the support form you will always get an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, the support team will not reach you at all.
