Problem with game

Every time I go to watch a clip to get 3 or 5 or however many extra moves the games closes and I lose all my progress. It’s very frustrating cause I just need 1 or 2 more moves to win the level so I click on the clip for help but it’s backs out and I lose the items I had and the progress in the game

Candy Crush Saga, Has been having a lot of issues, and there's no answers no support... Why do they expect me to Buy gold bars when I've already get them ? And they disappeared?

@EbonyLoos, I believe this is a Facebook glitch and we are waiting for them to resolve this.  The best advice that I can offer you is not to click on it.
