Black Screen - Candy Crush Soda (Reported to the Studio)!

My screen is black, it says I'm not connected to the internet but I am. What can I do to fix it?

It seems that we have a slight technical issue with our game which is unfortunately impacting your game play.

Rest assured however that our developers are already aware of this and are working hard to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

Please note that until this is fixed you will probably still encounter the same issue if you continue playing the game.

If you’re unable to enjoy the game until the fix is in place, I’d encourage you to explore our other games in the meantime, where you can get some great fun challenges while you wait!

Hi everyone,

Thank you very much for the reports that keep coming in. We keep sending these to the team that is trying their best to solve the issue. As mentioned before, this is due to the fact that too much memory is being used and optimising that usage without affecting the rest of the game is being very challenging.

In the meanwhile, I want to remind you that you can always play the game on Android or iOS without running into these issues. I'm sorry that we cannot provide better news for now but just know that we are indeed working on this as much as possible.

I logged in, and sent lives to my friends, and got to tick a tile. Then, when it was time to start playing, the screen where I play on was black. It showed how many lives I have, and all the stuff on the right side of the screen, but the playing field was black.

I also logged into candy crush soda saga and the playing field is black but all other spaces are fine
