Screen is still black

It is going on three weeks since I have been able to play Candy Crush Soda Saga!  Why haven't you fixed the black screen yet?  You are losing a lot of fans!

Hi @Lisa_James-2 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 As a player, I understand how you feel. The studio is aware of this issue and they are working hard to fix it. Well, thank you for the update.  I read the answer you gave someone on the above thread about playing on my mobile.  I tried that once before, and it took me all the way to the beginning (level 1).  I am over 1000 levels, so I will just wait patiently for your developers to fix this issue.  I really don't want to quit playing. I love this game!

@Lisa_James-2 Is your game connected to a King or a Facebook account? If so, you can get your progress back on mobile simply by logging in with one of these accounts.
