I’ve been taken back to level 1 even when logging in through my fb account

I was very far in the game I forget which level it asked me to continue with Facebook I said yes and it brought me to level one

I was very far in the game around the 2000 when I opened the game today it started me back to level one

I’ve been taken back to level 1 as well.  This is quite frustrating. Do we have an ETA on this being corrected?

It also happened to me today . I was in level 3000 and something .I don’t want to lose my processes
