Why is the game not connecting to the internet

I'm losing all my rewards cos it won't connect to the internet I have uninstalled and reinstalled

Hi @Lisamarie0202, are you playing the game through Facebook because there is a Facebook token that might have expired and has to be reset.  If you are not playing through Facebook then the best way to get the reconnection is to uninstall and reinstall the game but if you do then you will lose all lives and boosters.

Hi @Helenharry1978 did you read my message here?  Please go into your Facebook settings and click on the Apps and Websites.  When it opens click on the "expired" tab and see if the game is showing up there.  They expire sometimes so you have to go in and edit it to restore access.

Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile device?  If you are on a mobile device I can try to give you some troubleshooting links.  If you are on mobile you can also uninstall and reinstall the Facebook app.  Last resort would be to uninstall and reinstall the game but I have to warn you that if you do this you will lose all lives and boosters because they are only saved to the device.

I just found a message in the community and the community manager, Xarly, has commented on it.  He said that they aware of the Facebook problems and he is offering something else to try.  See if what he suggests works, otherwise, please write a message there and tag him.  He will see it tomorrow and maybe have another solution.

Hey I'm having the issue of not connecting to the Internet for any of my King games, jelly, soda and farm heroes. All games being played on my mobile device. I don't want to lose the progress but I can't even save them either. Help please
