Helpers not leveling up

Hello!

Is there any reason why my artifact helpers are not getting the stars they’ve earned?  I should be at level 3 on most of them, but no matter how many new stars I earn, their levels never change.

let's take a look at Cowboy Mouse first
it takes 3 stars on every level from 96 to 140 to fully empower Cowboy Mouse
look for 135/135 in the lower right corner of the image below
if the numbers are different then Cowboy Mouse is not fully empowered
for example ... if you see 134/134 then one level between 96 to 140 does not have 3 stars(check level 115)
there is a chart for levels 1 to 365 which shows all helpers ... open in a new tab or a new window
