Log in with facebook on my Iphone X not working

Trying to link my game with facebook wont work on my phone. It says it's linked, shows my name but my profile pic dosn't show up and all my progress is gone. I can connect on computer and even connected on an old phone I have laying around.. I have deleted and reinstalled both facebook and Candy Crush on my phone. Nothing...Please help

Are you still having issues synching your game @Johnnydetails?

If yes, can you try the following on your iPhone X:

- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
