this has happened more than once. I just was awarded 50 min
but this did not happen

We haven't received any similar reports about this yet but we'll mention it to the game team so they can keep an eye on this. 

If you happen to play on mobile, make sure you have the latest game app version installed.

If you play on a pc, you might try checking your windows app store and see if you have an update. This might correct the problem for in the future. In addition; I have sometimes had an error where my active timed booster would act like ran out when I knew it had in fact not. I restarted the game and the timed booster reappeared. You might try that
