Deleted Progress?

Hello, my mother had been playing "Candy Crush Saga" for some time now. Lately, she got a new phone and uninstalled the app on her old phone wanting to play it on her newest one. Now she has problems getting her progress back. She asked me to help her out and I tried, really but we can't get it back. She tried logging in with her email, with both of them, but it seems like she didn't save her progress on one of those, so we tried with facebook. It created a new account for her so it seems like she didn't register with it either. She thinks that she's registered in the game since she thinks that she wouldn't be able to play if she didn't register and thinks that her profile picture of a bird is the proof that she had created an account and is now frustrated. She had been very far in the game as well. We installed the game on her old phone again in the hopes to get her progress back somehow through it but the same problem occurs. So I'm basically asking the question if it's possible that her progress is somewhere saved on the phone? Or if there is another way to get it back?

We don't solve these issues here in the Community, hence I will ask you kindly to click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. If your browser is in the English or Spanish language you will be redirected to a bot to help you with your issue.

If your browser is in any other language, you will have a support form to fill in and contact the team. If so, fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.
