I am very sorry to hear that you have lost the Gold Bars from your game!!  You will have to contact the "Player Support Team" for such kind of issues...

Scroll all the way down on this page and you will find "Contact Us" tab located under the King emblem, which will look like this 👇 👇 



Once you click on that tab, a Chat icon will appear, click on it to chat with a Bot.  Keep selecting the options that fits with your issue and go from there.  I have never done this before, hence I cannot give you specific instructions!   

If you need further assistance, or need any clarification, please tap on "Type your Comment" box located below to write back.  

Hope everything works out and you will receive your Gold Bars back
