Game keeps freezing and I lose items

I have just wasted two color bombs, two coloring candies, two wrapped candies, and two hammers! I matched a coloring candy and a color bomb, and it froze. So I exited the game and did it again, and it froze again! This wasted me so many items. I want those items back, as I am so angry that this happened twice in a matter of minutes.

same here....constantly the game reboots, I loose lifes and extra’s. Playing level 2530 for several days, finally at the point of finishing.......the game reboots

Could you please let us know which device you all are playing on if on mobile, are you connected using mobile data or WiFi?

I’m having troubles with Candy Crush Soda en sometimes Candy Crush Jelly  . Playing on iPad 2018, with enough  capacity left at its memory, using WiFi

Can you please try the following on your devices:

- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).

- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.

Hope this does the trick
