For past 36 hours I also am getting error message "no internet access. Try again later"

I'm able to play the game; I've been working on #2806.  I can make purchases but when I attempt to access the race screen I receive this error message.  This occurs both on my android device (accessing game directly) and on my HP Laptop where I access the game via Facebook.

Welcome to the Community and sorry we didn't get to you earlier! This is not a usual issue so we will need to do some digging. Can you please send us a screenshot of what it is that you are facing?
