I'm playing on iPad OS (latest version, ipad mini 5). My userID 1024059332 I hope they solve it soon. It's been a problem since I started playing again over 2 weeks ago... Let's hope I can play the troll for all the lost days :-D
I did save my game remove the app and install again en its working mayby this is a sollution for evry body there 4 days ago new version posted on the app store
