Why is it when I log off and back on it brings me back to the first level

I log off and back on and I go from level 1100 to 1 and have to advance the screens back to my current level. It makes me not want to play anymore.

Hi @joeboo13, welcome to our community.  Sorry for the delay in responding but the Holiday week had us short staffed.  Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile?  Which platform - King or Facebook?  Please give me more information sot hat I can direct you further.

Thanks for your quick response.  A while ago players were reporting this situation and the best result was to replay level 1 and then refresh your game and it would go back to your current level.  I wonder if this is starting up again.  Try to replay and refresh and let's see what happens.
