Not able to log in through Facebook or email on Windows 10

I play Candy Crush Soda on a Microsoft store app on Windows 10. When I try to log in either through my email or Facebook account, it shows a connection error message, even though I am connected to the Internet.

    We're sorry for your problem. In fact, if you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted. If you find the image below while connecting game to the server, you can be sure that your game app has been corrupted.


    In that case, you must go Windows setting > Apps  > Click Game app ( Soda) > Advanced option > Reset. You will lose all the stored boosters to do this (Not sure), but will regain your gold bars and game progress. That means you'll be able to connect the game again.😉

    Hi @Eshag, welcome to our community!  Have you tried it again since writing here?  I just opened the game on Windows 10 and I didn't have a problem.  Please look for updates in your Microsoft settings under "Apps" and then click on "Apps and features".  The version that I am showing is 1.154.400.00.  If you have that version, please also check to make sure that your Windows 10 version is update to date.   It should be 1909.  If those versions are correct and you still have trouble logging in, then my next suggestion is going to be to uninstall and reinstall the game app.  You shouldn't lose any lives or boosters but I cannot guarantee that 100%.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still had everything.  Please let me know if you get it working again.

    @Sukanta_Biswas I have reset the app and I am now able to log in, but my progress is lost.
