Double standards at work here ?

For some time now there has been a problem wit Soda saga on Facebook.
Try to play the game and it sends me to the start, quite annoying.
Click on the portal to jump to my real "current" level and it shows me where I left off in the game, but does NOT allow me to open that level, or in fact any level in that stage.
Previously if I reloaded the page it would work to a certain degree, annoying having to do that every time I completed a level, but I became used to it.
Now however, it is beyond a joke. I cannot be the only player experiencing this problem.
Click on the icon to spend money though and it loads faster than a rat up a drainpipe.
I'm not really cared who is responsible but this has been going on for far too long.

Please pull your collective fingers out and sort it.
If I worked to that sort of standard, I would have been fired long ago.

Hi @loadofpop58, welcome to our community!  I just checked the messages here in the community and there is no recent issues on this.  Can you please check if your current level has stars on it?  Sometimes the avatar gets stuck and you have to replay the level.  I wonder if that might be the problem and that is why it's sending you back to the beginning.

Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile device? 

You can also go into your Facebook sets and click on the "Apps and websites".  When the page opens please check the the "Expired" tab because these are on time frames from Facebook.  If you see it there then click on the edit and then click to restore it.  Not exactly sure what the words are on that tab.  If your game is in the current tab then click on it and then click on the edit and then click on save.  See if that makes a difference.

The Community has posts from 2016. When a new player comes and searches about the issue they are having, then the old ones will pop-up. If the player finds an answer for their question / issue, it's good. Otherwise, they will make a create a new thread and post their question ☺️
