    I had to start all over again (from level 1800 odd) when I had to start a new Facebook page. I am now up to level 105. Before I logged on to Facebook I was playing a weekly game - there was only about 2 hours to go and I was on 96 and the nearest person was on 30 so I was easily going to win. I logged in to save the game and the weekly game disappeared? What happened??

    Hi @pache2020, welcome to our community!  Thanks for tagging me @Spinnifix!

    Are you referring to the weekly episode race?  That will disappear once you complete the episode.  Then once you start the new episode a new race will begin.  Do you also need help getting back your progress?  You shouldn't have to start the game all over from the beginning especially since you were at 1800.  To get your progress back you will have to get your user ID @ by following the steps on here

    Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

    They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were.  It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient.  You should get an email with a ticket number on it.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.  They are backed up because of the back to back holidays so please be patient with them.
