I have been having this problem too 
I thought it was my WiFi

It is a problem for many, although King has not really acknowledged this. It is not your wi-fi. I have been having trouble for about a month, others have been having the problem for much longer.

Still having the same problems since before Christmas on both my I pad and I phone. Updated the app. today but still saying no internet connection and error when trying to log in. Had no boosters etc for over a month. Ridiculous!! No reply from King when tried to e.mail them.  They just don’t seem to bother or care about their clients. Very disappointed to say the least ☹️😡🤬
