Candy crush and soda crush not loading on iPad.

Both these games are not loading. There have lots of problems since iOS 13. Have rebooted iPad but both games just sit on the Loading screen.

Hi @casso62 welcome to our community!  Are you logging in with Facebook or King?  I know sometimes there are Facebook glitches that cause that problem and Facebook has to resolve them.  I play only through my King account on my iPhone and iPad and haven't had that problem.  If you don't have a King account yet, sign up for one.  It's not the same as this community but you can use the same user name and password. 

If you have been playing through Facebook and not King, if you do sign up for a King account you can sync them and then continue playing just on King.  You can follow the steps from here.  Whatever you do make sure that you do not uninstall and reinstall the game app on your mobile device because you will lose all lives and boosters since they are only saved to that device.  Do it only as a last resort.
