Could it be a technical problem that i never receive lives sent from friends?

I'm thinking maybe lives are being sent to me but somehow not reaching me...as I would like to believe that at least ONE of my friends cares enough to send a life to me every once in a while. Especially since I make it a habit to send lives to each one of them...just a thought. I have received lives in the past but it's been weeks since i last received one.

 May I ask you what and where you are playing? If you play on Facebook on the PC you would have to add friends. It is a select group of players who come in and when you have requests, you can add them to get more life. Also on the PC from King.com. It is only possible on a mobile device. I get life that I am in Kingcom and my PC and tablet are compatible. Please pay attention to this. I hope this helps you further.

 But this problem is well known.
