refill lives

i tried to refill my lives to continue with another level. my gold bar was deducted but there was  no lives refill. please help me with this. thank you!

 A reimbursement is unfortunately not possible.

 Please update your app and clear the cache.

 Then everything should work again.

You can do by selecting the "Contact Us" button below:

If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:

- Open the game app

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
