Candy Crush Jelly and Candy Crush Soda No working

What is going on with these games - they load but then I get and error message saying they are working on the problem.  Jelly has been down for about 3 weeks and Soda for 2 days now?  When will these games be working again?

Tell me, have you by any chance tried clearing the cache of the browser or even tried a different one? We have a very helpful thread on how to solve most issues on PC, check it out here.
