My gold bars have suddenly disappeared

my piggy bank wont open no matter my internet or how mnay times I click on it.. it just wont open and ive got 100 bars in it.

- Open the game app

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"

Hello @queenvic and welcome to the Community. Sorry to hear you have an issue with the Piggy bank. So are you getting a connection error message when trying to purchase the Piggy Bank? Which device are you playing on, Apple or Android?
