It will show loading than indicate cant connect. Will throw back to candy crush site login again.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues loading the game, do you mind telling me which device you are playing on? Is it on mobile, Apple or Android device or through PC, Facebook or King.com?
I tried using multiple devices to log in but just cant connect using FB. Tried using Android mobile, Apple ipad and computer. Tried using FB to connect the games also cant. Not sure is it previously blocked the game by accident.

Having the same problem. The link posted helps to the sum of zero. It tells you how to block and unblock people. But not applications

I’m having the same problem. None of my King games will link back with Facebook on either my iPad or my Windows pc. No access at all to saved levels. Have gone into Facebook to check settings, but nothing seems to work. Even reinstalled Facebook, CC Soda, and Alphabetty apps. No luck.

It’s only an issue I have on this game. I also play the original candy crush and that connects fine
Queenb that isn’t helpful sadly because those instructions relate to blocked people, not apps

@Jim_Coyle could you try the following on your iPad:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
@justjojo2020 which device are you having internet issues with? Apple, Android, Windows 10?
