Why am I getting no internet connection when trying to play arcade, but I've collected my daily booster and am able to play title quest

i cannot play the arcade, it keeps giving me the message: no internet access, even though my internet is working properly.
I am having same issue playing samsung s10. Restarted phone, checked for updates, uninstalled and reinstalled. Not sure what else to do...
So do I. I wonder is this an iOS thing ๐ค? I also noticed the exclamation point is missing on the icon...

And yes, I also have connection with wifi and the latest update, and received my daily bonus. Do you play on a mobile iOS device?
Restart ur phone, try wifi n data... n check whether u on the latest version ...

I love Kimmy's Arcade. It spices the game up a little bit and I had it for a while there then it just disappeared!! Was wondering has anyone heard about when it might be back?? ๐๐

I am online but keeps telling me that I'm.nit connected to the internet which I am, I'm writing here and Netflix....is there a problem or update? If anybody else having this issue, is there a way to get it activated again?

@Lola_Pop Everything works fine, internet connection is very good, game and device latest updates (although the game update on apple device always comes Thursday). As you can see, the exclamation point on Kimmy's Arcade misses what you get when you can play for free and at MR Toffee Fair there is an exclamation point. So connection is fine. Cleared cache logged out and logged into game, iPad rebooted, nothing helps.

Hi! I can't access kimmy'arcade. Although my wifi is connected and i receive other boosters, when i try to open kimmy's arcade icon it says "no internet connection.try again later". I restarted my phone, i reinstalled ghe application but i stil have the same problem. Do you know any solution?
Update! My Kimmyโs Arcade is working again ๐๐ I didn't do anything special and I happened to see the exclamation point on the icon.

Trying to log on to Candy Crush Soda Saga and itโs telling me I have no internet connection when I am connected. Iโve tried everything except deleting my CCSS app. Iโm afraid to do this. I donโt want to lose everything. I donโt want to start over. Im on level 59?? Iโve tried contacting customer service and they keep telling me things to do that Iโve already done. They keep telling me to send them screenshots. Iโve done that! This is so frustrating!! Can anyone help me?

I am sorry to hear this. Did you do the troubleshooting? ๐ provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache ->ย not dataย ย that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not dataโ๏ธ)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
