I’ve played this game for years and finally reached level 986 but I can’t get to it. It keeps telling me to reconnect to the internet and I know I have lots of prizes waiting for me. I can’t even ask my soda crush friends for help or send them lives, I even opened another account but I don’t wanna start back to level one since it’s taken years to get here! Please help, Vicki Fidler, I also had to get a new email address and it’s changed from vlfidler@gmail.com to fidlerv77@gmail.com

So r u changing ur email account? U using king account to play? R u trying to switch email account to tie to the king account?

r u on phone? Restart ur phone, check for latest version and try again ...
