R u on phone? Restart ur phone, update to latest version n check whether do u have more than 2GB of memory left ...

Can you please tell me something... is it a specific level that is freezing OR on the map screen -- means is it freezing as soon as you open the game?

Did the issue started suddenly or you have been having it for a while?

If you have any unlimited Boosters to play, did you try the level without boosters -- means once they expire!!

Can you please check these and let me know.
