Not getting rewards

I have not been getting rewards on completing the series n being on top three even though it says collect reward n I click on it. It has happened for the past three times till now. Do set it right please

Did the box open ? Or not open? if open, most likely u get the reward ...

restart ur phone n update to latest version n check again the next time ...

I am talking about completing an episode n being on the top three. When I finish an episode, I get that image with the blowing of the horns n telling me to collect my reward but Lon accepting I don’t see the rewards ( switch, blue hammer, big colourful ball etc) nor does it get reflected in the next games that follow
