Hello,

Playing on Windows 10. Most recent update Egg Hunt, which I completed.

My player avatar does not display on game screen. Also if I play on a different platform any progress

made on the different platform does not transfer to the Windows 10 platform when I return to the

Windows 10 platform. Also when I open the Windows 10 platform I have to scroll up to my current level.

Yes. Try to stick to the same platform to play as it is not real time synchronising ...

You are experiencing such problems due to slow internet and you can wait another 24 hours.

Might help on getting your levels to you. Remember, "Nothing Works Unless It All Works Together". 😀

Helped me on my Facebook Avatar. If you don't have a King account, make one, should also give you an option on a Avatar upload. I used my Facebook one, on gaming here.
