Hi everyone.
Due to connections problems i didn't receive the rewards for completing Bubblegum hill.
When it reconnected i clicked the receive award button but still nothing.
I also tried to sign out, restart device and sign in again. Its really frustrating
I dont have any screenshot to show you.

Check ur wifi n data speed to see whether is it fast enough or not ...

Please check your internet or wifi connection. Please close and update your game and clear the cache and restart. Play another level and if it's still not there, go to the gear on the question mark game to the help center. Search for reward or booster not received. Send an email under Contact: the sub-topic: prices not received and send it off. You will then receive an automatic email and please write again. and send it off. I hope you get an answer! I am currently running a survey. You are welcome to participate there !!!

I had the exact same issue this morning. And that was with latest bottle cap version. Completed the Hill and got the offline popup message. Didn’t get the hammers, logged out and back in and still no hammers.
