I haven't received the winnings from winning Big 5 level King special on the weekend(6 lolly pops). This happened three times. Received bars one time. Was only one gold bar over a 2 hour period. Other 2 times received no gold bars. Then purchased the $3.99 option, which was an hour for everything, 1 stripe and solid lolly pop, 1 hand switch, and 10 gold bars. Instead got a completely different purchase which I never would have bought. Pls help fix this problem for me. Thank you,

U might need to email support to check on ur purchase item that is different...

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

Hi, a few minutes ago i conquered Chewing Gum Hill, but didn‘t get the lollipop boosters. If i got the 1 hour extra live i can‘t tell.
Not getting the boosters is bad because I used two boosters to complete level 5 in order to get 6 lollipops. It‘s not fair.

Hi there, I won bubblegum hill three times yesterday and didn't receive any reward at all. Bummed about this.

It happened again. So now I didn‘t receive a total of 12 lollipops.
Matter needs to be checked immediately.
