The Bubble Gum Hill event was put on hold for few weeks, because the "Easter Egg" event was going on. Since the event has ended now, he will take rest for few more days and will come back next week.
And I am sorry to hear that you did not have that Easter Egg event in your game!! It is not just you... I am also there with you along with many other players. So, please don't be upset that you have not received the event. We did not receive it just because we both are not in the selected group to receive the event.

The event is not for everyone or some features may be delayed for some players while others enjoy it because of the game's policy in introducing improvements and updates to the game Make sure that your game is on the latest version and that you are connected to the Internet Try to log out and login again Delete the internal storage data for the game
