Tiles are ticked, internet is connected and Facebook is logged in but can't get the reward

My internet is connected and working, I've tried restarting and logging out and back in again but I still get an error message about all the tiles being ticked but I can only collect the reward when I log in again because the internet is disconnected. Everything else is working.

Are the tile grouped diagonally? I had an issue until I found out it only counts if it is horizontal or vertical.
