Bubblegum Hill rewards not received

Here is a screenshot , showing that I won but no prizes or extra lives given. I am on an iPhone and just downloaded the most recent update for candy crush soda . This has now happened twice ! And once I used 9 gold bars to extend the game.

This morning, I collected the gold bars, but it still shows that I'm the "King" and won't let me play again. Still no credit for the lollipops or time. And the icon to play is popping in and out of the corner, so it isn't even there all the time. It also keeps telling me I'm not on the Internet and I know I am. If I quit the game and reopen it, it will help temporarily but not for long.

I won Bubblegum Hill and it showed the 6 lollipops and gold but didn’t credit them to my account even after someone else took the throne. Has this happened to anyone else?
