Level 657 not working properly (UNDER INVESTIGATION)

Using latest Apple update and having same problem as many others. Level 657 is unpassable, please fix it. No soda bottles to bring bears up...

Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device and Wait 5 minutes after power on > Open Game & Log In.

It is now May 12, and level 657 is still not working. i have deleted the game reinstalled it, and still nothing. all i can do is loose lives, of which are not forthcoming either....I am using a windows 10 laptop. AND THIS GAME IS NOT FIXED AS YOU SAY IT IS......

Hello I am having issues with level #657.

I have watched several videos on YouTube. It is not that I am stuck on the level. It’s more that the level I think has a glitch. All the videos I watched had more soda pops generated to help free the teddy bears. My game is not doing this. Please see the photo below:

sodas pops are not being provided for me to use to pass the level. I tried everything, logging off, restarting my phone. Deleting the app and re-downloading. All this did was get rid of all the lollipops I had saved up to use. Now I don’t have any or the boosters I had as well. Please help fix this issue or tell me what I am doing wrong.

ok again i am using my laptop, with windows 10, i am not getting the bottles to move on.. sure the fish and the striped candy clear the column but the bear will only go as far as the liquid goes. you can not get them above the wire. i have used up all my lives many times. this is getting stupid. you are telling us it is working but in reality it is not showing the bottles in any of those spawning spinners. only striped candy is there.... PLEASE FIX THE GAME FOR WINDOWS 10. ON FACEBOOK.

I was stuck with this too. But once they announced the fix, I went to play, and the bottles now appear from the bottom. You probably need to update your game. It has been fixed.
