I have reported about this glitch to our Soda team! But, they will be checking into it only tomorrow after coming back to work.

Can you all please confirm which device you are using to play the game? Is it an Android OR Apple OR Windows 10?

Same issue for me. iPhone stuck at level 657 and I have been wasting coins over and over thinking that I just wasn’t playing long enough for them to appear!
