Level 657 not working properly (UNDER INVESTIGATION)

I have same problem - stuck on candy crush soda 657 level, getting no bottles to raise the acid. Acid stuck on the 2nd pillar and no progress. I believe it’s a bug.

youtube video is not helpful, as it works without bug, with new bottles popping up.

I am very sorry to say that there is a glitch in the level # 657, and is not working as it is supposed to.

I have already reported this issue to our Soda Team Managers, and they will be looking into it once they get back to work tomorrow.

I am collecting the device details you are using to play the game Can you please confirm whether you are using an Android OR Apple OR Windows 10?

Since you are on a laptop, do you want to play the level on a Browser? I have on tried on Edge and Chrome through Facebook, and the level is working fine.

The glitch did not reach to the browsers for some reason 😄

You can also check on King.com! I did not try though... I am at level 2000 + and will be a hassle for me to scroll all the way to 657 (the portal is not working on King.com)!

Issue seems to appear on Windows 10, iPhone and Android. I will try the web browser too.
