As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Sure you can play the Arcade without gold. Just tap the gift/present top right to collect the prizes when you can see the cards given aren't good enough to pass the next stage.
Basically, there have been no events for months that would allow us to earn bars or energy (which you actually have no need for anyways, because there are no events to use the energy for period!) and I have almost no bars left at this point, so I’m left in a very bad place 😔😔😔. Arcade always needs bars to finish, so can’t play that. The other events don’t reward you with anything of any value, so to heck with it. So very disappointing. Hasn’t been fun in a very long time 😩😩😩
The Space Jam thing goes on for at least 12 more days. It doesn't have energy as a reward so I'm pretty sure we won't get BGH while that event goes on.

I think there is a bug atm. A player been on top for hours already and nobody is able to play bubble gum hill, as the path is marked. There is no option to play. I can't click on level 1.
I also tried closing etc... nothing works :(

The mods don't know either. They're just some of "us" with good knowledge who have been given some rights on this forum and a better "in" to King. They aren't paid, or employed at all to do this. So please be gentle with them, they're useful and we don't want them to get cheesed off and disappear. If they did, someone else would have to do the job and I for one don't want it! ⛔️

10 weeks that's 70 days and still nothing, o maybe next week. 70 days during the worst pandemic in our country and still nothing. Every other game site is going out of there way to help and give free things away not here buy hammers buy gold bars buy lives. THERE GREED SICKENS ME
I play through my Facebook login and on my IPhone. I am on level 3796 and I’m guessing I don’t have any Facebook friends actively playing Soda because my Episode Race and Mt Toffee’s Fair participants appear to be computer generated so I rarely win a race or make a line everyday because a fake computer player will select a tile and not do anything most of the time. Since I am at a high level, I can’t really beat enough levels to be #1 in the weekly contest
BGH was really the only way to build lollipops and earn bars so I am glad to hear it might almost be ready. I used to have Kimmy’s Arcade but mine disappeared, but my wife still has it.
i would settle for Kimmy’s Arcade while waiting for BGH to come back because at least there is a good chance to winning boosters without competing against fake users. Is there a reason why we can’t get a Kimmy’s Arcade while BGH is not available?

That's exactly right tim never an issue with bubblegum hill until the pandemic started 3 months ago. Over 70 days now it's called GREED. WHILE EVERY OTHER GAME SITE IS DOIN EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP PEOPLE, THIS COMPANY JUST KEEPS SCREWING US OVER MONTH AFTER MONTH
