As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

Please check for update and update your game and clear the cache. You might have it. If not, you are not in the test group that is currently running. A small group of players get the game for testing. If there are no complaints, multiple players could get it. So keep your eyes open.

First of all congratulations that you made it to the superstar. Unfortunately I have to tell you that the word "patience" shouldn't be used here anymore. Have you taken all the comments to read? I now know where the BGH is, it's in Candy Friends. Elsa wrote a story about it. So I send all soda players to Candy Friends Town. And then there is calm !!!

Don't worry! I know that everyone want so much to play BubbleGum Hill Event (that imcludes and me too) but relax...As @Lola_Pop said, Studio fixes the issues of this feature so if something happens, she@Lola_Pop will inform us.

I have been reading your comments this weekend. First of all, I'd like to make clear that our dear @Spinnifix does not work for the company- she's the German Ambassador here in the Community, because she always wants to help her fellow players whenever she can. She's right, her ideas, as the ideas any player can present us, are taken into consideration, and some of them have already been implemented (mainly because her suggestions are often constructive and thoroughly pondered). That doesn't mean that she's representing the company or can be held responsible for the decisions the Studio can take.
I have no updates for this week yet. Of course, we'll be in contact with the Studio and let you know as soon as we have any news.
I think it's really interesting that our @21nykole is in this thread, as she can tell you more about the new Bubblegum Hill version the team has been testing!! Thanks so much for that, @21nykole 🤗

Well I meant Something new is coming to the Game Which information was given by Community Managers. Also, 4 Lucky Players will be selected for test, which means testing of some new feature will be done soon.
Absolutely correct when and if it ever comes back it will be awful. They hate the fact that we can accumulate 100s of hammers, they would rather screw us over and make us pay for them
AGAIN, if it was an issue of being understaffed or unable to work at the office they would only have to revert to the bubblegum hill we all had 4 months ago... insight.

That happened to me once, I had over 200+ In each booster, it just disappeared overnight. When I reported it, The procedure to retrieve them were so complicated as I am a computer illiterate. English is not my first language either, I need google translate to compose this post.

Yes, BHG is only available on Soda Crush. Other games have different events.
My BGH goes another day and a few hours. It will be displayed on the event.

If the BGH event is live and you can't see it on your screens, suggest you clear your cache memory on the phone by using settings and select candy crush soda games app.

Very disappointed , I had it last weekend spent all weekend playing , there is no bubble hill this weekend and no other bonus games , you think during this pandemic u guys would keep your customer alittle entertained I’m. So disappointed ,
I’m so disappointed that I don’t have bubble hill this is what keeps me on the game all weekend where I spend most of my money to play also , we are in a lockdown it would be. Nice if we had something to keep us entertained, I’m so disappointed in this .

events and chellenges belong to random test groups of players, they can't be present at all times for all players, unfortunately and some events can happen to do disappear too, from time to time. Bubblegum hill hasn't appeared in my game for 2-3 weeks or more, and I'm glad you had the chance to play it last weekend 😉
Please keep your game up to date and hopefully new challenges will appear in the future
