As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

We've got some information on this now: the Bubblegum Hill is being tested on a small group of players. @Spinnifix guessed it right, because she knows that's how the Studios can release and improve features. Our @21nykole is apparently in the test group- a lucky one!! 🤗
@deb0407 , I don't refuse to give you a clear answer to your question: although I understand your anger, no, we'll not give you free Boosters or Gold Bars for a feature that's free in the game. I hope you can understand that this is not an option.
@jimmythekid , please refrain from insulting the team. They're working to bring the game back to you, and some technical issues are complicated and need their time.
We'll keep updating you on this, I promise.
If by some wild chance the tech team gets its phantom problems fixed and we get bubblegum hill back before the end of the decade. I guarentee it will be a lot harder, they do not want us getting hundreds of hammers every week to help with level's, they want us to buy them

The levels are deliberately more difficult. It should be a challenge, otherwise it will be boring and not fun. Please pay attention to it. You can still play the main list of levels.

I started my game this morning. All of a sudden BGH is there. 5 hours left til it’s over. Now you use energy and not lives. Who knows 🤷🏼♀️
16 weeks and the studio is still working on it, they really deserve raises for there problem solving skills and lighting fast fixes. This has gone way beyond ridiculous now (Edit by CM: Offensive)

Deb0407, I'm sure it's months. In the meantime, nobody has boosters. And I hope nobody buys any! If it takes this long to fix something that wasn't broken, they don't need any of our hard earned money!
Yet once again you refuse to answer my question about gold bars and boosters. You tell us to be respectful but I think it is disrespectful for you to ignore a question I have asked several times. I also believe the studio knows if they are day, weeks, or months away from fixing the “issues” with a Bubblegum Hill.
First and foremost if the studio is "doing their best" then they all need to be FIRED. This part of the game has been available for YEARS. If they are having trouble with the new version then roll out one of the old ones in the mean time. This isn't brain surgery. I'm guessing the players won't like the updates anyway because it seems like when a major change is installed it's always worse for the players.
I understand the request for respect but a game that makes MILLIONS should have better service and communication.
There is absolutely no excuse for this level of dysfunction.

I too was looking forward to a weekend of Bubble Gum Hill 😖.
I do wish, however, that the 5 levels would be varied more often. Trying (and failing) to play and replay the same levels for 3 days gets a bit tedious......
i wish they would be consistent with the days it is available - I had bubble gum hill Monday Tuesday Wednesday of this last weeks, I wish it was Friday Saturday and Sunday’s

It has already been explained in various threads about BGH. Please understand that it is not something that should be in your game. King games' temporary events and functions are test features that the Studio randomly releases to groups of players. There are no standard days or fixed hours. Sometimes you can be in the test group and then you will see BGH or other events, other times it will be up to others to be in that group. They cannot always be the same.
I hope you now understand everything.

Thanks for your message however, historically Bubble Gum Hill was ALWAYS Friday, Saturday and Sunday and this was a weekly event, then they changed it to Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and some times Friday Saturday and Sunday’s too - you have to appreciate that players enjoy this event and when it has appeared week in and week out to then suddenly it is not available to play it is very frustrating.

There are no stipulated days for the appearance of BGH. The King games' temporary functions and events are test features that the Studio randomly releases to groups of players. Sometimes it is available to some and sometimes to others. That is, a player may be enjoying BGH on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, while others will not see BGH and others may see it on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, or any other day of the week, it is just an example, so that they understand me.
