As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
And than I played soda squad.. promised me 50 bars and i do not get them. Maybe this also ready for disappearing????

We’ve got an update straight from the Studio and we want to share it with you.
It is taking longer than expected to get the Bubblegum Hill to work perfectly again after the launch of the new version. The team has solved most of the issues and is working on some more. We expect to be able to climb the Hill in a couple of weeks. Of course, we will update you as soon as we get more info

I really really miss BGH :( I have nothing left to play
Need to do something king everything i seam to buy goes up in price aswell, firstly piggy bank went from 60 gold bars to 30 for £2.99, then the milestones in saga £28-99 and now £48-99, in the scrolls used to be 30 gold bars and now down to 20. It's just one thing after another. Kind regards Paul

What about a mini game with... let’s say 5 stages. You have to pass all 5 stages without losing and you receive a prize, maybe 6 lollipop hammers and an hour of unlimited lives and some gold. You could call it hamburger hill.

I agree! It used to be such a fun and nice game before, but as time passed it has become really boring and frustrating. That quest that we used to have in the past with the pirate was really awesome, but they replaced it by this Mr toffee, which is really frustrating because you rarely have a team that does something useful... This could be such a nice game !

many people have complained shows how much they value their customers, on the plus side it has saved me money

Hello @Lozchap In the main thread “Update on Bubblegum Hill” the CM mentioned some lucky players got BGH today for testing. She said it's a tiny group for now; if everything is ok, Bubblegum Hill will be back soon! So let’s hope we all get it back real soon 🙂.

Another day, Another week, Another month.....and probably another Year without BGH.
I know, clear cache, update.....blah blah......that does nothing.
Played for years in the past every week without any issue.
BGH team has not been honest with the players over the "covid" times.....i.e. when you ruined a perfectly good game for so many about 14 months or so back.
Sad, so many have asked so many questions without one tangible answer over this time. That speaks more about the BGH programming team/ leadership than about anyone else.....er, the players.
BGH team: Look in the mirror and say, "Hey you, you should be better than this"
@ipete ...bear brawl is taking freaking 50 hrs to replenish full energy...more over we get points only if we play bear brawl as most of the tasks are related to bear brawl...its a catch22 situation...but naaaah I'm not going buy gold bars...thanks and yeah BGH has taken the back seat...but honestly BGH V.2 allows you to play only once in a day

Absolutely, I totally agreed with you.
I have noticed that the energy is combined for this BGH and Bear Brawl. So you you can only play one or the other a day. If you use energy for Bear Brawl it takes away energy from BGH and vice versa. Is it just me? They should each have their own energy. I don’t want to buy energy with gold bars when you’re not guaranteed a reward. But I guess that’s the only way to play both in a day. And it takes forever to replenish.
Yes the energy is combined unfortunately. But at least this time for me it's only 20 to play BGH. 100 for Bear Brawl. And BB is a lost cause as the leader has 1750 points.

When are new levels updated?..no bgh...no new levels to play, so no way to win power in noble path..bear brawl takes an eternity to replenish..and no I'm not going to spend on gold bars as I don't find any way to win them back...I daily log in and log out...well I don't understand why I still have ccs in my device...
You have to wait till Friday for more new levels, I am in the same situation, waiting for Friday to come. I don’t have BGH, I have Kimmy’s Arcade and the horrible 4 in a row, aka MTF.

So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
