I tried to log in with an email and I was on that level and it logged me in as a new person and now my phone was just stolen but I’m asking if it’s possible I have a new phone can that have anything to do with it ?

Hi @nanpalousa you are right. I just log out and play up to 10 levels and see NOTHING! What the....!

It is not possible to have 2 accounts merge in to one

Crap so I would have to start over on the candy crush saga account and then again on the candy crush soda saga account ?

For soda saga, you might have to play one or two levels before it will sync with your game.

@ambersosweet21 Hi , No just use the link provided above and you can get both your accounts restored to the correct levels you were on. just send a sperate one for each game
