As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

Update 27th August: King Chewy aka the Bubblegum Troll is back in town! The Studio is still monitoring the feature. It will be in your devices now from Monday 8.30am CET to Thursday 8am CET

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Update On BGH lovely players:::: keep waiting and waiting and waiting as you have been since months ago.. You can also drink water while at it (good to be hydrated). But also staring at this page daily wont make it come any faster (we wish). Eh🤷

Some players just need to get a life! I feel sorry they don't understand and enjoy humour other players try to get in spite of not having BGH. Maybe there should be a subscription for the serious players to just receive a mail each month that there is no news from the studio about BGH 😂😂
Rude? I don’t think so. We are just trying to entertain each other until we get BGH back. Do you know how frustrating it is not able to play BGH since beginning of this year (2020). It is my favorite feature in this soda game. This is what we do and going to do here. Nice comments will be posted when we get to play BGH.

Wow! I’m shocked how snarky and rude some of the comments are here. Obviously no one thinks King is not for profit nor did anyone ever imply such. There was a time when people acknowledged the clear intent of others and didn’t go out of their way to be unkind. I started in this forum to figure out what was happening with bubblegum hill. Clearly no one knows and I will not be returning to this forum.

I look forward to playing BGH every weekend to get gold bar, whether it is only one bar or two bars , it helps to use to play Kimmy’s arcade, but now I don’t have BGH to get gold bar, I can’t play Kimmy’s arcade unless I buy more gold bars. King is aiming to get money, that is business.
i also wonder why it is taking so long to fix something that isn’t really broken. 🤔 player also complain about MTF, but I don’t see that feature taken out for repair. Bring back any version of BGH, we don’t care if there is a bug or two. We want to play BGH! Original version was the best. Bring that one back.

It’s the opposite a small group hat it, last weekend no errors in my BGH, so why don’t I have it and all other players who are complaining
