Hi,

I've been playing several of the King games. But today my Candy Crush Soda stopped at level 4885. Does anyone know how long before I get to play more levels. 😢. Right now I’m just replaying old levels, in addition to CC Jelly, Blossom Blast & Reg CC.

Yes! You cannot reached next new level on Candy Crush Soda Saga with using phone and PC. (Just like @kiara_wael said. You can continue playing level 4886 on this game if you have playing with Windows 10 Apps.)

Who do I contact to save the 200+hours I have left on my boosters? Since I can’t play past 4885. I don’t want to lose what I paid for. I wish there was a warning when you get within a 1000 levels before the end.

For future note::

Whenever you have issues with "paid boosters" in any King game you play -- the best source to reach out is the "King Player Support Team". You can contact them directly from your game through "Settings" (cog wheel) --> Then "Purchases" options.

But, since you have a mobile device, contacting directly from your game is always a best option 👍️
