Didn't receive my 50 "coins" when I bought a package

...but I did receive the items.

The game froze immediately after I paid for the $6.99 package the other day and I've sent multiple emails to the mail address I found on Google Play so I can receive my 50 coins, but all I got was an automated response to each one and ZERO response when I'd reply to the automated one!

HOW DO I REACH AN ACTUAL PERSON TO GIVE ME WHAT I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR!?
