I won more than 3 races but I haven’t received the 50 gold bars

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Is the Candy Soda you are having the issue OR some other game?

Did you see a pop up for "Gold Rush" event? If so, did you take a screenshot of it?

We will receive the reward of the Gold Bars, only if the "Gold Rush" event is going on. Otherwise, we will not receive any prizes other than the Gold Bars we win in the Episode Race.

I am playing the candy crush soda game

I didn’t take a screen shot of the gold rush game. It was the one that finished yesterday 6pm est. You had to win 3 races to get 50 gold bars, I won more than 3 but I haven’t received any bars.

I’ve tried restarting the game a few times but nothing’s happened, are you able to help?
